Privacy Notice
This notice explains what data the Proxend contact and chatbot flows process, why it is needed, how long it is kept and what rights you have.
1. Who controls the data?
The controller of personal data submitted through the website is the legal operator of the Proxend brand. The operator details will be finalised after the accounting consultation; the privacy contact address remains info@proxend.com in the meantime.
The final legal operator details for the Proxend brand are pending confirmation with the accountant. The current contact point for enquiries and privacy requests is info@proxend.com.
Before commercial launch, the legal name, address, tax number and registration details must be completed in the central legal.ts file.

3. Data stored in your browser
The contact-form draft and selected language remain in your browser storage. The website does not transmit this data until you press the submit button.
- proxend_form_draft: used to continue an unfinished project brief; deleted after successful submission, otherwise retained for no more than 7 days after the last edit.
- proxend_locale: used to remember the Hungarian or English language preference; retained until browser data is cleared.
- proxend_consent_v2: used to remember the analytics consent choice; retained until the choice is changed or browser data is cleared.
- sessionStorage: used for one-time transfer between the chatbot, calculator and contact page; deleted at the end of the session or after use.

7. Chatbot, profiling and automated decisions
The chatbot shown on the website is an interactive demo and qualification interface. Answers may be summarised, but no solely automated decision producing legal or similarly significant effects is made about the visitor.
Submitted enquiries are reviewed by a person and any follow-up is handled personally.
8. Security, accuracy and changes to this notice
Access is restricted, secret keys are kept in environment variables, and HTTPS and spam protection are used. Even so, no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be entirely risk-free.
This notice is updated when services, processors or the legal environment change. The current version is always available on this page.
This document is a practical notice based on the current technical setup. Legal or privacy-specialist review is recommended after the final operator details are added.
